I found that the Behavioural Activation gave me back structure to my day and I have a new goal each week, which gave me something to aim for. I was very lonely so talking to Milena help me realise that I'm not the only one to feel like this. It was really good!

Very difficult events have occurred during treatment. They have been dealt with sensitivity. I have felt relaxed to open up from early stage in treatment and would highly recommend her and would be more than happy to see her again in the future.
October 2015
I did not enjoy the sessions at the start. I found it very difficult to speak about my issues. The session on exposure was particularly difficult, but on reflection it was very useful. The treatment has helped me to understand some of the complexities.
November 2015
I have found that CBT has really helped me to overcome some of my anxieties and worries. It has provided me with he skills I need to continue on. I appreciated all the resources that my therapist has provided me, both in session and via e-mail.
